Trespass warning after reporting being violently assaulted by David Lopez. Mr. Lopez is mentally ill open carrying a large knife and was suppose to be trespass after the assault witnesses Ralph and Ashley Wheeler fled. Security camera only covered the front door. Another male customer, Keith Bell, and a male cashier heard but did not see the alternation. per Spartanburg City Officer Evan Hansen. Also, no number on building for safety reported to district manager. Spraying chemicals, dust swiping while customers are eating in the Starbucks cafe

Desired Outcome  Policy change. Discrimination. Security cameras, employees not ensuring customers safety. many lights out in parking, no outside cameras, tall bushes. add fire code numbers to the building. The lifting of trespass warning. Banning David Lopez from the West gate 2 miles via restraining order. Illegal to carry a knife over 6 inches of blade. Lopez has recently been charged in NYC for a weapons violation. He has gotten loud and thrown things other customers and been removed by Nick the previous security guard. I should have not been banned for attempting to protect mine and the public safety from an unprovoked attack for being in Mr. Lopez's "owned area of the cafe. I've have stated repeatedly I wanted nothing to do with him and had no contact physical of otherwise with him for over 400 days before this assault from behind.
