Curing Malaria at the wrong Food Source. How Darwin was wrong

What’s the difference in the food the healthy mosquito eats vs. unhealthy? Something in that food, concentrated would kill the Malaria in the liver cell. Darwin was wrong. Food changes the immune system changes the physically structures, what bacteria it hosts, of an organism not competition for food or a mate.
