Anti Jet Lag Diet

 Drink water every 15 minutes on the plane. Eat half a grapefruit or orange then at least half a can of Kale from Walmart then, the other halves 15 minutes apart after. Your energy will go up w/ in an hour and be sustained for at least 3 hours. Repeat Rx as many times as necessary. Dose B - 1 Thiamine for each drink.
