A vision board that has pictures of things you want. Have intrinsically motivated goals (relationships + growth + contribution) and a focus on the steps more than just the outcome.This will keep the body in an endorphins, relaxed state where the person would be more productive. The mind works to answer questions through forming new pictures. Put updated questions and steps under each positive emotional trigger picture. That will be more directionally efficent similiar to what Paul McKenna teaches; "I can make you rich, confident, thin, etc.
